18th Day of Resent in Year 3210 of the Emerald Age

Construction continues according to schedule with only a few exceptions. The sand golems have had little success repairing the third tower. I fear the cloud ancient's last attack has entirely compromised the structural integrity. The globe from that tower has been mounted on the southern tower and seems to function normally, despite having fallen some 500 feet.

I am still awaiting the final shipment of rubies. I have tested several of your theories involving simpler and less expensive methods, yet the globes dyed with such techniques have insufficient reach. The final implementation will require the use of crushed rubies on all globes if we are to accomplish your goal.

Lastly, I am unable to perform any tests on the central tower until the matrix is complete. I will require the artifact to initiate the process. I can assure you that all elements have been examined thoroughly by both myself and my Thanoti.

Until We Meet,
Nelduik Bloodeye
